We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and experienced Dozer Pipelayer Operator to join our operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating pipelayer-equipped bulldozers for pipe handling, lifting, positioning, lowering-in, and related pipeline construction activities.

This role is essential in supporting earthmoving activities through supporting pipeline installation projects while ensuring compliance with company procedures, UAE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements, including ADNOC standards where applicable.

• Operate a dozer pipelayer safely and efficiently during pipeline construction and installation activities.
• Perform lifting, carrying, positioning, and lowering-in of pipes in accordance with approved lift plans and site procedures.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Monitor the condition of the machine and report defects, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site management during operations.
• Maintain accurate daily equipment logs, checklists, and operational records as required.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessment activities.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while maintaining good housekeeping standards.
• Comply with company HSE requirements, UAE regulations, and project-specific safety

• Must have UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License number 8.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience operating dozer pipe layers in civil construction, infrastructure, or earthmoving projects.
• Experience in large-scale earthworks, oil and gas projects, and site development projects is preferred.
• Ability to interpret grade references, site instructions, and operational procedures.
• GPS systems knowledge is an advantage.
