We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and experienced Dozer Reclamation Operator to join our earthmoving operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bulldozers in land reclamation, coastal development, dredging support, and large-scale earthmoving projects.

This role is essential in supporting reclamation activities by spreading, levelling, compacting, and grading fill materials while maintaining productivity, quality, and adherence to project specifications. The operator is expected to work safely in challenging ground conditions and comply with all company, client, and project QHSE requirements, including ADNOC standards where applicable.

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently in reclamation, marine, and earthmoving projects.
• Spread, level, and grade reclamation materials such as sand, rock, and fill materials according to project specifications.
• Follow grade levels, survey markers, and instructions from supervisors to achieve required elevations and tolerances.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Report equipment defects, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Work efficiently in soft ground, coastal, and reclaimed land environments.
• Coordinate with excavator operators, surveyors, supervisors, truck drivers, and other site personnel.
• Maintain awareness of underground utilities, water edges, exclusion zones, and site hazards.
• Complete operational logs, checklists, and equipment records as required.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessment activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and a clean work environment.
• Comply with all company procedures, project requirements, and UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Must have UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License number 8.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience operating bulldozers in civil construction, infrastructure, or earthmoving projects.
• Experience in land reclamation and coastal development projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret grade references, site instructions, and operational procedures.
• GPS systems knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic English communication, including reading and understanding work instructions and safety requirements.
