We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Teamleader to coordinate and manage the transportation, import/export, and logistics activities of our equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors.

• You are responsible for managing the complete logistics process for equipment and spare parts, from order intake through to delivery and system closure.

• You coordinate transportation activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely movement of equipment and materials across local and international destinations.

• You prepare logistics plans, obtain quotations, create purchase orders, and monitor transport execution and shipment tracking.

• You maintain accurate logistics records and ensure all information is correctly reflected in the logistics database and D365 system.

• You coordinate customs clearance activities and manage all import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures.

• You work closely with freight forwarders, transporters, customs clearing agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• You perform transportation and cargo inspections, including verification of lashing plans, pre-delivery inspections, and delivery documentation.

• You monitor logistics costs and support budget control by ensuring approvals and processes are followed according to company guidelines.

• You support project mobilization and demobilization activities and assist in resolving logistics-related claims, disputes, or operational disruptions.

• You contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes while ensuring compliance with company QHSE standards and procedures.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• You have proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations, preferably within the construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.

• You are familiar with import/export processes, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.

• You have experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• You possess strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• You have excellent communication skills and can effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• You are capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

• You have strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience within the Middle East region is considered an advantage.
