We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Manager in overseeing multiple sites across various locations. This challenging role is ideal for someone who is passionate, organized, and seeks career growth within an international or dynamic project environment. The successful candidate will take on key administrative and project-follow-up responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across sites. As Assistant Project Manager you are the key person between our organization and the clients. You are driven to go the extra mile and be the reliable partner for our clients.

• Site Monitoring & Coordination
  • Take charge of overseeing daily operations and managing budgets of various projects in the dynamic earthmoving sector.
  • Facilitates communication between the client, on-site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively address and resolve any operational issues that arise, providing support to team members and the Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly.

• Project Administration
  • Maintain punctual and accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
  • Evaluate the project's results, the quality and safety of the supplied work, and the key suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure to receive timely the payment certificates from the projects for review and verification with internal records and clear any issue.

• Safety Compliance
  • Ensure all projects meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain a secure working environment and lead by example by promoting best practices.
  • Take responsibility for reporting any site related incidents/accidents in a timely manner.

• Master’s degree in engineering or similar through experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of heavy equipment and works in marine or earthmoving sector.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across various teams.
• Practical expertise with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Proven international experience or career development is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to the UAE.
