Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components on cranes from brands such as Tadano, Liebherr, Hitachi, Demag, and Grove.
  • Work closely with the workshop manager, provide clear updates, and ensure accurate reporting of all activities.
  • Diagnose Electrical issues and perform repairs on-site to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support, and guidance to operators on crane usage and maintenance.
  • Support the development and optimization of the preventive maintenance program by identifying critical components to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Follow company and industry safety procedures and regulations
  • Work closely with mechanical team, including technical support, engineering, improve service quality and resolve complex issues.
  • Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Update the troubleshoot logbook.
  • Assist with new equipment installation and qualification.
  • Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.

Qualifications

  • A higher education degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Electrical, Mechanical engineering role
  • Excellent English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and machinery, with a preference for brands such as Tadano, Liebherr, Demag, Hitachi, and Grove.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, mechanical repairs, hydraulics and electrical systems.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documentation, including schematics and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and precision
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability for results
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
