Job Profile
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of manpower, scheduling necessary equipment, and ensuring efficient project operations and logistics. This position plays a key role in liaising with clients, managing equipment transfers, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards in operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and communicative professional, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Coordination:
Coordinate and manage manpower and equipment.
Schedule and allocate the necessary equipment for project needs.
Ensure documents and certifications related to equipment and operators are available and accessible for client review.
Client Liaison:
Liaise with clients regarding mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
Communicate project requirements and updates to clients promptly.
Equipment and Personnel Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of equipment transfer, including relevant documentation and tracking information.
Keep track of all manpower planning, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to each task.
Operational Support
Handle day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
Manage light vehicle assignments, ensuring they are allocated and tracked effectively.
Assist with invoice preparation as required and ensure timely submission.
Compliance and Documentation
Prepare Optima gate passes and ensure proper documentation is completed as required.
Follow up on documents including Third Party Certification for equipment and personnel to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Ensure ADNOC seat arrangements and offshore team list management are up to date.
Handle gate pass arrangements and manage associated logistics, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, specifically in crane operations, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, concise, and professional interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools, documentation systems, and software such as Optima or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in the crane industry.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, foresee risks, and create contingency plans.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities in complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working with clients in a fast-paced environment and managing large-scale projects
- Experience with ADNOC-related processes and offshore team management is a plus.
